Upon completing these courses, a user can request an Express Routing Code, issued by the Tech Success Group. The Express Routing Code allows the user to bypass Tier 1 Support Group and helps in reducing queue wait time to reach a Technician.

In addition to these courses the user must have performed 25 installation within a year.
